Old Milon
In old Milon by Guy De Maupassant the most outstanding trait that old Milon has is that he is cunning. I believe so because when the Prussian staff appeared at his house. He gave them the best treatment he could in return he hoped they would allow him to leave freely in and out. By giving them the best treatment he was able to go out and kill the first cavalrymen with his scythe. Since Old Milon was so cunning, he took the soldier’s uniform and hid it for later use of killing more men. He is also so cunning because he dressed up and used the words hilfe to catch the Cavalrymen off guard and then kill them. When Old Milon was caught with a gash on his face and was trialed. He admitted that he was the one that murdered all of the soliders and was then shot
